Gardens America, Inc. consists of a team of passionate professionals whose goals are to assist our clients in being both product and solution providers for all their floral needs. Communication between the Gardens team and their clients is primarily done via the phone and computer. However, it is the personal touch of our dedicated staff which truly sets us apart from the competition.

We have included a list of wholesale distributors of our products under the distributors tab. If you do not see your wholesaler listed, please contact one of our sales associates for further assistance.

Over 95% of the products we represent are FlorVerde and/or Rainforest Alliance compliant.

	Mari Hamilton is our feisty account manager. If Mari handles your account, you can be sure that she is constantly on the lookout for your product needs. Mari is the magician in the group as she tries to make flowers appear out of thin air. And...when we do have additional product she likes to make it disappear - into her clients' coolers.
	Tina Bertot is our perfectionist. Part of Tina's charm as an account manager is her attention to detail, her vigilance for her clients and her passion for fairness. Tina holds all farms accountable for any disappointment to any one of her clients and takes full responsibility in righting the wrong. Tina's clients know that they are her main focus.
	Tammy Spence is our Southern Belle. Her demeanor is quiet, but don't let that fool you. Tammy's commitment to her clients and her desire for their success knows no boundaries. Due to Tammy's passion for our SOS (Spotlight on Success) program, she is the one who does the most traveling. Tammy's clients know of her devotion to them and frequently contact her after hours for additional product needs.
	Janel Granata has been in the industry for many years but is our newbie. Janel brings a "tell it like it is" attitude to the company and we love her for it. Janel's passion is to understand her clients' needs and to find a way to overcome obstacles in order for them to succeed- using Gardens products.

OUR OFFICE STAFF

	Colleen Taber is the owner of Gardens America, Inc. Her chief advocacy is educating our wholesalers and their retailers in regards to branding, marketing and the true value of their purchases. Colleen's passion for Gardens permeates through all the areas that she touches in the company. Colleen is seen here with the company mascot, Penny Copperpot.
	Kristin Gilliland is the General Manager. Her job responsibilities are numerous and demand much attention to detail. She is the person who coordinates production information, farm communications, computer system coding, pricing and profitability. She is our numbers person and keeps the staff on track.
	Joanne Carrillo wears many hats but her main job is in Accounts Receivable. (If you do not know her that could be a GOOD THING) Joanne is also our office manager, human resources person and safety team manager. However, her real passion is being the Gardens America party coordinator.
	Debbie Schumacher is our Accounts Payable person. She is the one who makes sure that Gardens America keeps its excellent reputation for on-time payments. She is the one who coordinates all the farm invoices, air way bills, customs entry papers, payroll, and much more.
	Lilliam Valdes-Dapena is our Information Technology Manager. She is the one who keeps our entire technical network going. Lyly is one who fixes things that we have broken and does the impossible. She creates programs the day before we think of them and has a myriad of responsibilities too numerous to mention.
	Victoria Paredes is our receptionist. She is the one who initially welcomes your call and advises you regarding the availability of your account manager. She can get you copies of invoices, shipping receipts and a whole lot more.

	Scott Gilliland is our Warehouse Manager. He is a former Marine and likes to run the warehouse to perfection. He takes any and all shipping errors personally. Scott feels that shipping errors are unacceptable. His goal is 100% correct delivery 100% of the time.
	Ervin Delgado is the seasoned veteran of the warehouse staff. He has worked in the floral industry for over 20 years. He is dedicated to his job and his responsibilities. Ervin sets the tone of "leadership by example" for all to emulate.
	Cyprian Bethel has been with us for just over two years and is a tremendous asset to our team. He has an eye for detail and a very "can do" personality. Cyprian is Scott's right hand man and is always eager to learn more about this business.
	Michael Rodriquez has been with us since February - but it seems like he has been here for years.  Mike has learned quickly and takes pride in what he does.  In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gun range and training his American bulldog.  We look forward to his continued growth with our company.
