Our Account Managers
Marcela is passionate about flowers and always looking out for the best interest of her costumers working hard to ensure all of their needs are met. She has valuable experience at the farm level giving her a wonderful insight to pass on to her clients and our team. She looks young, but don’t let her baby face fool you! She knows what it means to work hard and to do what it takes to get the job done!.
Arielle grew up in the floral industry. Flowers have become her career, her passion, and her hobby. Arielle’s working knowledge and experience is an incredible benefit to her clientele. Her outstanding customer service, honesty, excitement and her detail-oriented nature allow her to create excellent working relationships with whom she comes in contact with and she looks forward to helping you with all of your floral needs.
Jorge is the latest addition to our Sales Team. He has been in the floral industry for many years working at farm level and with retailers, wholesalers, and event planners, making sure every customer gets their flowers in time with exceptional quality and outstanding service. He is always ready to help our team with the marketing material and deliver it with a smile on his face.
Office & Warehouse
Kristin Gilliland is the President of our Company. Her job responsibilities are numerous and demand much attention to detail. She is the person who coordinates production information, farm communications, computer system coding, pricing and profitability.
Joanne Carrillo wears many hats but her main job is in Accounts Receivable. (If you do not know her that could be a GOOD THING) Joanne is also our office manager, human resources person and safety team manager. However, her real passion is being the Gardens America party coordinator.
Debbie Clemente is our Accounts Payable person. She is the one who makes sure that Gardens America keeps its excellent reputation for on-time payments. She is the one who coordinates all the farm invoices, air way bills, customs entry papers, payroll, and much more.
Lilliam Valdes-Dapena is our Information Technology Manager. She is the one who keeps our entire technical network going. Lyly is one who fixes things that we have broken and does the impossible. She creates programs the day before we think of them and has a myriad of responsibilities too numerous to mention.
Victoria Paredes is our receptionist. She is the one who initially welcomes your call and advises you regarding the availability of your account manager. She can get you copies of invoices, shipping receipts and a whole lot more.
Michael Rodriquez is our Warehouse Manager and he takes pride in his work and always has a smile on his face. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gun range and training his American bulldog. We look forward to his continued growth with our company.
