Bouquet inspired by Gina Horwood of Gina’s Regional Farms. Gina felt a lump in her breast but was not allowed to go to the hospital due to it being the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. By the time she was allowed to go in for a mammogram, it was already stage 3, triple negative. The appointments, blood tests, markers, port placement, and medications came fast and furious. All hair was lost, she had neuropathy in her feet, and some toenails did not survive. Three years later, she is not only surviving but also thriving! As she gets dressed every morning, she is reminded of the battle she won. She wears the scars, the tattoos, and the discolored skin as badges of honor.
